Organisation Details #
In this section, you input the particulars of your organisation, such as the name of your company, its address, email, phone number, and website. It is also possible to register new users on your account. These new users can utilise the account’s credits to perform assessments. Any assessments these new users conduct will be saved under the primary account. It is important to note that users are not permitted to modify evaluations made by others, add new users, or access the ‘My Account’ area.
To register a new user, proceed to the ‘My Account’ section and select the ‘Organisation Details’ tab. There, you will find an ‘Add Organisation User’ button. By clicking on this, a form will appear, allowing you to enter the new user’s details and assign them a password. The newly added user can sign into your account using the provided credentials following this step.
💡When adding your website address, use the full address, including https://.
Example: https://www.yourdomain.co.uk

To upload images, select ‘choose file’ and upload the required images. These images must be of high clarity and resolution to accurately depict your brand’s current image and certification status.
Form Colours #
Customise the colour scheme of your forms to match your company’s branding. Select a primary and secondary colour that best represents your corporate identity. These colours will be applied to form headers, footers, and other vital elements, providing a consistent and professional look across all your documents.
To change colours, click the rectangle next to the form element’s name and use the colour picker to select your desired colour. You can also use HEX or RGBA codes. Once you have chosen your colours, click the ‘Submit’ button.
