The Software

  1. License Grant: FRA Wizard is a cloud-based software product developed by FRA Wizard Limited that provides fire risk assessment tools and services. By agreeing to this License Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the FRA Wizard Software solely to interact with and allow the collection of data by the Services and solely up to the number of licenses acquired by you.
  2. License Restrictions: You are not permitted to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of FRA Wizard unless applicable statutory law expressly permits such actions. You are also not permitted to create derivative works based on the software, use it for comparisons or other “benchmarking” activities, copy, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer rights to the software, or remove proprietary notices or labels on the software.
  3. User Content: FRA Wizard Limited accepts no responsibility for using the FRA Wizard software by its users and provides no warranty, expressed or implied. Users of the software assume sole responsibility for determining its appropriateness in any particular application, drawing conclusions from the results of its use, and taking action or not taking action as a result of assessments or surveys performed using the software. FRA Wizard is intended for use only by those competent in the relevant field and is designed to supplement the informed judgment of the user.

The Services

  1. Access Grant. FRA Wizard Limited will provide you with access to FRA Wizard and/or FRA Wizard online services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may use the Services only with the Software for your internal business purposes and up to the number of authorised users specified in this Agreement.
  2. Registration. You must register and/or create an account to use some or all of the Services. You will choose a password, User ID, and other registration information (collectively, the “Registration Information”). You agree that all Registration Information you provide is accurate and current, and you will promptly update it if it changes. FRA Wizard Limited reserves the right to refuse any user name that impersonates someone else, violates the trademark or other proprietary rights, or is offensive. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Registration Information and for all use of the Services by you and anyone you allow to access the Services.
  3. Security. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, you must change your Registration Information and notify FRA Wizard Limited immediately via the “Contact Us” page on the FRA Wizard website (the “Site”). If you store information from the Services on any mobile device or computer, you must remove your information or disable access to such software or service before transferring the device to prevent unauthorised access.
  4. Use Of The Services. The Services are intended solely for your internal business purposes, and you agree to use them only for lawful purposes. You may not access the Services through an unauthorised interface, reproduce or exploit the Services, or republish or syndicate the information available on the Services.
  5. User Conduct. You may not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that FRA Wizard Limited deems harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You may not upload, post, transmit, share or make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. You represent and warrant that you will not use the Services to violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
  6. Compliance with Laws and Agreements. You agree to use the Services only for purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations and by this Agreement.
  7. Interference. You may not disrupt, attack, modify, or interfere with the Services or its associated software, hardware, and servers or impede or interfere with others’ use of the Services. You may not alter or tamper with any information or materials on or associated with the Services or attempt to gain unauthorised access to FRA Wizard Limited’s servers.
  8. User content. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, publish, or display on or through the Services (collectively, “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content that you did not create or do not have permission to post. FRA Wizard Limited may but is not obligated to review the Services and delete or remove User Content that violates this Agreement or that might be offensive, illegal, or harm or threaten the safety of users or others. You are responsible for creating backup copies of User Content you post or store on the Services or provide to FRA Wizard Limited. You understand that the Services are intended for use only by those competent in the relevant field of use and are intended only to supplement the informed judgment of the qualified user.
  9. Ownership of User Content. You retain full ownership of all User Content and any intellectual property or other proprietary rights associated with your User Content. You represent and warrant that no materials or information submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Services will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party or contain unlawful material. During the term of the access rights to the Services, you grant FRA Wizard Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to use User Content solely to provide the Services to you. FRA Wizard Limited will not use User Content for any other purpose. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, FRA Wizard Limited will destroy all User Content in its possession unless you request otherwise in writing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in Great British Pounds and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any pricing or promotion without notice.

You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with your purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, including but not limited to your name, billing address, and credit card information.

Credits

FRA Wizard credits are designed to be used within the user’s time. These credits allow access to various features and tools on the FRA Wizard platform that can help individuals and businesses comply with regulations. 

It’s important to note that FRA Wizard credits do not roll over to the following period, so using them before expiration is essential. Therefore, users should plan accordingly and ensure they use all their credits before expiration to get the maximum benefit from their investment.

Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Once a user has purchased credits, they are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that FRA Wizard can continue to provide high-quality services to its customers and maintain the integrity of its credit system.

Therefore, users must carefully consider their credit needs and purchase the appropriate amount of credit to avoid unnecessary expenses. If they have any questions or concerns about the credit system, they can reach out to the FRA Wizard support team for assistance at admin@frawizard.com.

Limitation of Liability

FRA Wizard shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any product or service purchased through our website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FRA Wizard Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any product or service purchased through our website.

Termination
