You can view your reports whenever necessary by following these simple steps to navigate through the system:

1. **Locate Reports**: From the side menu on your dashboard, select the appropriate option to access different types of reports related to your assessments and policies.
2. **Report Categories**:
   - **My Assessments**: This section contains all your Fire Risk Assessments (FRA). Each assessment is stored securely and can be accessed to review or update as needed.
   - **Fire Door Compliance**: Here, you can find reports that detail the compliance status of fire doors within your facility, ensuring they meet safety standards.
   - **Fire Safety Policies**: This area provides access to your documented fire safety policies, which outline the measures and procedures to maintain fire safety.
   - **Health and Safety Policies**: Access reports on your health and safety policies here, ensuring that all practices comply with current health regulations and protect the well-being of everyone involved.
